Fare Well Zoe !
Zoe will be leaving us and head back to the snowy kingdom ( UK ) in about 2 weeks time. So please take good care of her. She say remember to buy her gifts.... etc. (for those in Sibu) Zoe will be doing her Master this round, so all the best to her. Take care sister, hope to see a NEW you when you're back.

A trip to China - a chapter about 'FOOD'
Hei hei, guess where is this place, is China!
Recently i just came back from the great china, it's really an eye opener.
Too bad i'm going to share about food only, so all the food lover please read on!
First of all i'm going to talk about breakfast... as you can see from the pictures, it costs us RMB 30 for a set.... crazy prices, but the 'dao hui zhui' is fantastic... taste a bit 'chao da' though, really shiok.
Their main course would be noodle and dumbling, usually they will come out with supplementary dishes first, it can easily be 15 to 20 dishes...lol. After you finish all those dishes they'd tell you, lets have our main course now! Their dumbling is measure by gram one. They have different flavour, one of the rare one is 'sea cucumber' dumbling... wow... tasty. Oh ya the photo below: first one is the cold dish, marinaded 'pig hand', taste weird initially, but try it long enough i guarantee you will love it. The second one is the 'sea star', this one taste really good, just like how it looks like..haha. The last one i guess your will know lah hoh, your should.
They have sample for each dishes so you can not only look at the menu, you can look at the real stuff man! coz sometimes the picture could be a lie!
Now this is fresh ! as you can see.
It's definitely a good trip, but i have a little opinion here... the dishes above .... is a little .... salty actually..HAHA... other than that should be alright.
